3.The basic components of CNC turret punch press die
CNC turret punch press die, also known as CNC punch die, usually by the upper die, the lower die, die seat three parts. Further subdivided into 8 small parts:
1 upper punch; 2 stripper plate; 3 low die; 4 spring;
5 tool position; 6 mold base; 7 die holder; 8 die holder.
4.Processing station
Generally, the size of the die can be processed according to the size of the die, and the selection of the mould is convenient. Usually divided into A, B, C, D, E five station.
A (1/2) station: processing range Ø 1.6~Ø 12.7mm
B (1-1/2) station: processing range Ø 12.7~Ø 31.7mm
C (2 ") position: machining range Ø 31.7~Ø 50.8mm
D (3-1/2) station: processing range Ø 50.8~Ø 88.9mm
E (4-1/2) station: processing range Ø 88.9~Ø 114.3mm
